The Free plan gives you access to all core features including task management, brain dump, and focus sessions with a limit of 5 tasks per day. The Pro plan ($5/month) removes all limits, adds advanced analytics, priority support, and early access to new features.
Brain Dump is where you can quickly capture all your racing thoughts and ideas without organizing them immediately. You can type or use voice input. Later, you can process these entries and convert them into actionable tasks.
Research shows that people with ADHD are more successful when they focus on fewer, prioritized tasks. Long to-do lists can be overwhelming and lead to paralysis. By limiting tasks, you're forced to prioritize what truly matters and are more likely to complete them.
Start a focus session on any task, and the timer will guide you through 25-minute work periods followed by 5-minute breaks. After 4 sessions, you get a longer 15-minute break. You can also track interruptions during your focus sessions to understand what breaks your concentration.
At the start of each day, you'll be prompted to review incomplete tasks from yesterday. You can choose to roll them over to today, reschedule them, or mark them as no longer needed. This prevents tasks from getting lost while not cluttering your daily list.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically switch to the Free plan.
Yes! We use Stripe for payment processing, and we never store your credit card information. Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide.
You can delete your account from your profile settings. This will permanently delete all your data within 30 days. If you have an active Pro subscription, it will be automatically canceled.
Absolutely. Your tasks, brain dumps, and personal information are encrypted and only accessible by you. We never sell your data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Data export functionality is coming soon. When available, you'll be able to download all your tasks, brain dumps, and session history in CSV or JSON format.
